How would life be different if you were just 10% happier ?

A five-night untangle, unwind, and rewire retreat at Magic Hill Retreat Centre, South of France

1st-6th October 2025

WHY NOW?

Right now, maybe you wake up already tired. Your days are full. You’re responsible, capable and stretched thin. You show up. You deliver. You hold space for others. But somewhere along the way, you got lost in the noise. Maybe you’ve been waiting for things to “settle down.” But they never really do. This is your invitation to stop waiting. To pause. To soften. To give yourself permission to reconnect before you burn out completely.

After five days here, the to-do list won’t disappear.  But you will meet it differently-more present, more honest, more you.

You don’t need fixing. But maybe you do need a pause. A moment to feel again. To listen before you act. To recalibrate—without the pressure to reinvent yourself. What if happiness doesn’t mean achieving everything? What if it’s just being 10% more honest with yourself? 10% more rested? 10% more connected? That 10% can be where everything shifts.

We created this retreat because we’ve been there too. Smiling on the outside, holding everything together. But inside? Drained. A little disconnected. Still functioning—just not feeling fully alive. We didn’t need more tools or techniques. We need space to breathe. A way to hear ourselves again.

Welcome to Magic Hill Retreat Centre

Perched in the quiet beauty of the South of France, Magic Hill offers panoramic views, wild air, and the kind of stillness most of us didn’t know we were missing. Here, surrounded by nature and nourished by fresh food and slow mornings, something subtle and powerful begins to shift. This is not about checking out, it’s about tuning back in.

We’ve designed this retreat to create real, tangible change, without making it feel like another job. The methods are rooted in science, movement, and meaning. Every session, every walk, every conversation is part of a subtle yet powerful recalibration

Who Is It For?

This is for the person holding it all together on the outside—but feeling quietly disconnected inside. For the one who keeps saying “after this project” or “once things calm down,” but they never do. For the overthinkers, the deep feelers, the high performers who are quietly craving rest. For those who hold space for others, but haven’t been held in a while. For people who are ready to feel lighter, more honest, more aligned—without having to collapse first. You don’t need to be broken to need a pause. You just need to be honest with yourself.

What It’s Not

This is not a therapy retreat. It’s not a bootcamp. It’s not a place to optimize your life. Its not a yoga retreat or breathwork intensive. It’ s not a space where you have to perform.

What It Is

It’s a pause you didn’t know you needed. A space to breathe, to unravel, and to remember who you are beneath the noise. It’s connection without pressure. Depth without drama. A recalibration—for your nervous system, your thoughts, your way of being. This isn’t self-help. It’s self-remembering. The Outcome? It’s subtle—and massive. You might leave 10% lighter.10% clearer. 100% more aligned with who you actually are. And that 10%? It changes everything. Your relationships. Your choices. How you show up in the world. You won’t leave with all the answers. But you’ll leave more yourself—and deeply cared for, every step of the way.
