My background is in psychology, coaching and organisational work, and for years I’ve worked with leaders, professionals and teams operating under sustained pressure.
I don’t offer formulas or false certainty. What I offer is space, challenge and clarity, helping people understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, so they can make better decisions and move forward in a way that feels honest and sustainable.
