A simple way to steady the system and think more clearly.

Breathwork is a practical, body-based way of working with pressure. I offer breathwork one-to-one online, and as part of my in-person retreats.


What It Is

Breathwork uses the breath to influence how the nervous system responds.

When life feels demanding or overwhelming, the breath often reflects that.
Working with it can bring things back into balance.


Why It Helps

Breathwork doesn’t require analysis or effort.

It can help you:

  • settle tension and anxiety

  • slow racing thoughts

  • feel more grounded and present

  • regain a sense of internal steadiness

For many people, the shift is subtle but immediate.

How I Work

I am a qualified breathwork facilitator.

My approach is: calm, contained & psychologically informed

Sessions are gentle and respectful.
There is no pushing, forcing or intensity.

One-to-One (Online)

Individual sessions, adapted to you.

Often helpful if you:

  • feel constantly “on”

  • carry a lot internally

  • want something practical rather than analytical

Sessions are held online, at your pace.

At Retreats

Breathwork is part of my retreats, alongside coaching, reflection and time in nature.

It supports presence, clarity and integration.
Participation is always optional.
