Our Recent Retreat

at Magic Hill Retreat Centre, South of France.

October 2025 (SOLD OUT)

  • How would life be different if you were just 10% happier ?

This retreat was designed for high-performing professionals who feel stretched, mentally overloaded, or quietly disconnected beneath the surface.

A five-night untangle, unwind, and rewire retreat at Magic Hill Retreat Centre, South of France.

    1st - 6th October 2025

  • The retreat offered structured time away from constant demands—space to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect with themselves without pressure to change or fix anything. The focus was not escape, but recalibration: meeting work, responsibility, and life with greater presence, honesty, and steadiness.

By the end of the retreat, nothing externally needed to disappear. Instead, participants reported meeting their lives differently—more rested, more grounded, and clearer about what mattered. Not a reinvention. A reset.

Often, a modest shift is enough. Ten percent more clarity. Ten percent more ease. Enough to change how everything feels.

Welcome to

Magic Hill Retreat Centre

  • This retreat is for people who are still functioning well on the outside, but feel mentally overloaded, emotionally stretched, or quietly disconnected inside.
For those who feel that calm never quite arrives.

It’s for high performers who carry responsibility, support others, and rarely give themselves permission to pause—yet know something needs attention before they reach breaking point.

You don’t need to be burned out.
You just need to be honest about where you are.

    • Not a therapy retreat

    • Not a performance or productivity bootcamp

    • Not a yoga or breathwork intensive

    • Not a space where you need to share, perform, or fix yourself

    • Not about optimisation or reinvention

  • A deliberate pause.
A structured space to slow down, regain perspective, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise.

The retreat offers depth without pressure, connection without obligation, and practices designed to support nervous system regulation, clearer thinking, and emotional steadiness. This is not self-help—it’s recalibration.

Most people don’t leave transformed. They leave steadier. Clearer. Lighter.

    • Guided movement sessions

    • 3 breathwork sessions

    • 5 Positive Psychology-based workshops

    • 1 therapeutic massage

    • Daily hiking and nature immersion

    • Guided meditation and reflective practices

      You’ll also have time to:

    • Rest, reflect, laugh, cry if you need to, and just be

    • Journal with prompts designed to explore what’s working, what’s not, and what’s next

    • Enjoy nourishing food, good company, and meaningful connection

Magic Hill Retreat, set in the quiet landscape of the South of France, offers space to slow down, think clearly, and reconnect without distraction. Surrounded by nature, simple routines, and thoughtful structure, the retreat is designed for recalibration rather than escape—grounded in evidence-based practices, movement, and meaningful conversation, without adding pressure or performance.
